Kashmiri Rogan Josh
The famous Rogan Josh created in the way it was orginally created with freshly ground Kashmiri Chillis which gives this sauce a deep red colour. Combined with a blend of aromatic spices and tomatoes this sauce is a umami hit which gives it an amazing meaty taste.
Water, Tomatoes, Onion, Tomato Purée, Sunflower Oil, Garlic, Ginger, Lemon Juice, Kashmiri Chilli Powder, Fennel Powder (soonf), Salt, Nutmeg, Ground Cumin, Cinnamon, Paprika, Black Pepper, Ground Cloves, Yogurt (Milk), Honey.

Store in a cool place away from direct sunlight. Once opened refrigerate and consume within 3 days.
Do not use if pouch is bloated or leaking.
Not suitable for microwave use.
Serves 3-4 persons
- lightly brown 500g of diced lamb in a saucepan.
- Pour in the contents of the pouch along with 150ml of water and stir well.
- Cover the saucepan and bring the sauce to a simmer, stirring occasionally.
- Continue cooking until the lamb is cooked through.
- Serve piping hot with Naan or Rice
